Free Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free to every country we ship to. No minimums, no thresholds.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
• United Kingdom
• Japan
• Germany

We are not currently able to ship outside these countries, and checkout will only accept delivery addresses in a supported country. We are working on adding more European Union countries soon. If you would like to know when we ship to your country, email us at info@gripmate-official.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates that may be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.

Fulfillment & Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Last-mile carriers vary by country and may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, or a local postal carrier.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to update.

Address Verification

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. GripMate isn't responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact info@gripmate-official.com and we'll help open a carrier investigation.
