Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address and delivery method are entered.

Our current shipping rates within the United States are as follows:

• U.S. Mainland (most states): $7.99

• Alaska: $13.99

• Hawaii: $10.99

To ensure accurate shipping cost calculations, please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly during checkout. Shipping charges will be finalized after the shipping method has been selected.

As of Tuesday, December 9th 2025 until further notice, www.gripmate-official.com will fulfill orders through Amazon Stock Fulfillment. That means your item will ship from available Amazon Shipping centers where we stock our products. 

Amazon Stock Fulfillment 

• Shipping in the United States are fulfilled by Amazon FBA shipping and the services providers in your local area. You are not required to have an Amazon Prime account, our shipping service is completely free in the United States. 
  
  
• Packages that arrived damaged leaving the product defective and unsuable are eligible for a refund. Please contact us at info@gripmate-official.com and tell us about your incident and order for further review. 
  
  
• Orders placed during weekends and holidays will start processing the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will start processing the next available business day.
  
  
• Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.Special Considerations

• All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
  
  
• All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if information is found to be fraudulent and/or the order total exceeds $100 USD.
  
  
• In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
  
  
• If your order contains one or more pre-order/back-ordered item(s), the entire order will beheld until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. To ensure your available "in stock" item(s) are not held while your pre-order/back-ordered item(s) are pending, we suggest that you order the pre-order/back-ordered item(s) separately.

We recommend placing your orders early during these times to ensure they arrive on time.
