My product arrived broken. Can I get a replacement?

If your product arrived broken, please contact us as soon as possible so we can replace it. Contact support at info@gripmate-official.com

What is the return policy?

We're proud of our products, and multiple staff members inspect each one before it ships. We offer 30-day returns, and every GripMate product is covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, get in touch with us so we have an opportunity to make it right. Contact support at info@gripmate-official.com

How will my product be shipped to me?

Orders are shipped through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) from Amazon fulfillment centers in the country we ship to. We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Germany, and shipping is free on every order.

If your package arrives with an Amazon label, don't worry: your order has been fulfilled normally. For any questions about your shipment, contact us directly. You don't need to message Amazon.
