GripMate Accessories

What phones does GripMate products support?

GripMate 1 and 2 works with:

  • All iPhone 12–17 models (MagSafe built-in
  • Google Phones with Google PixelSnap built-in
  • Phones using a MagSafe-compatible case
  • Some Android devices using a magnetic ring accessory
Are GripMate products MagSafe compatible or stick-on?

GripMate products are not stick-on accessories. Both GripMate 1 and GripMate 2 are designed to work exclusively with MagSafe and PixelSnap–compatible magnetic systems.

  • GripMate 1: Fully MagSafe-compatible with strong magnetic alignment.
  • GripMate 2: Uses an upgraded multi-layer magnetic structure for even stronger MagSafe and PixelSnap compatibility.

We do not offer adhesive or stick-on versions. All GripMate products rely on official magnetic compatibility to ensure secure attachment, easy removal, and a clean, residue-free experience.

Will GripMate fall off during use?

No. When attached to a proper MagSafe or magnetic ring case, GripMate maintains a strong hold suitable for daily usage.

How strong is the magnet on GripMate products?

GripMate uses a multi-layer magnetic system designed to provide a stable hold for daily use, content creation, and travel. It snaps firmly yet removes cleanly without damage.

Can I wireless charge my phone with GripMate attached?

Remove GripMate before charging wirelessly for the best charging speed.

Can I reuse GripMate on multiple devices?

Yes! No adhesive is used. You can move it between devices as long as they have MagSafe/PixelSnap/magnetic compatibility.

Order and Shipping

Is shipping free?

Ship is free for orders totalling over $50.00 USD.

If you see an error during checkout calculation please email us at info@gripmate-official.com and we will follow up to fix the issue.

For regular shipping under $50.00

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address and delivery method are entered.

Where do you ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long does shipping take?

Common shipping times via local fulfillment is 3-5 business days from completion of order processing.

We collaborate with local logistics, so delivery times vary by destination.

For countries not supported in our list countries we ship to, the estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days.

How will my product be shipped to me?

We ship all GripMate orders using Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment). This means your order is packed and delivered by Amazon’s professional fulfillment network, even if you didn’t purchase through Amazon.

Your package will be shipped with the same speed, reliability, and tracking quality as Amazon orders — no Prime membership required.

Whether or not you have Amazon Prime, your order will still be fulfilled, shipped, and tracked through Amazon’s logistics system.

When will my order be processed?

2–3 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us ASAP at info@gripmate-official.com and we’ll assist.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you encounter any manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of your order, we’ve got you covered. Simply provide us an image of the product to verify it's condition, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

(Please note: This policy applies only to manufacturing and shipping defects.)

What if my item arrives damaged?

We will replace defective or damaged products at no cost. Send us a photo and your order number.

Is there a warranty?

GripMate accessories come with a 90 day limited time warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

Please contact info@gripmate-official.com and we will respond to you within 1-2 working days.

We will provide a replacement for you free of charge given you have provded an image of the wrong item recieved for verification.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and other global payment partners.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through trusted payment partners.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and save your preferences.

How do I contact customer support?

I’m having trouble registering my email, what should I do?

If you’re unable to register your email, try the following:

  • Make sure the email is typed correctly with no extra spaces.
  • Check if you already created an account before — if so, try logging in instead.
  • Look for the verification email in your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.

    If issues continue, contact us at info@gripmate-official.com and we’ll assist.
I didn’t receive a verification or password reset email. What can I do?

Sometimes Shopify emails may be filtered by your email provider. Try:

  • Checking all folders (Spam/Junk/Promotions).
  • Adding our email to your contacts: info@gripmate-official.com
  • Requesting the email again after a few minutes.

    If nothing arrives, contact us and we can manually assist you with account recovery.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

Enter your email and Shopify will send a password reset link.

Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes, when you are logged in, our system will keep a log of your past orders, they will appear under My Orders in the account menu.

Do I get any special benefits by creating an account?

Yes! Account holders enjoy:

  • Faster checkout
  • Saved addresses
  • Access to order history
  • Early access to promos, limited drops, and new colors (coming soon)
